Every Muslim Legacy Series history book is narrated by one of two beloved guides. Grandpa Siddiqui welcomes young readers into history through stories in the elementary grades, and Dadi Bia leads older students into deeper analysis in middle and high school. Together, they grow with your child — from first stories to confident historical thinking.

Grandpa Siddiqui

Grandpa Siddiqui is a lifelong learner, world traveler, and grandfather of eight who believes history comes alive through stories. After visiting more than sixty countries and exploring historical sites around the world, he discovered that the greatest lessons of history are not simply about remembering dates — they are about understanding people, ideas, courage, faith, and character.

In the elementary grades, Grandpa Siddiqui guides young readers through engaging stories, thoughtful conversations, and meaningful questions that help children discover why history matters. His warm, encouraging style makes complex ideas easy to understand while inspiring curiosity and a lifelong love of learning.

Grades 6–12 · Deeper Study

Dadi Bia

As students grow older, Dadi Bia becomes their guide into the deeper study of Islamic history and civilization.

Wise, thoughtful, and historically grounded, she encourages students to think critically, examine evidence, appreciate multiple perspectives, and understand how great Muslim civilizations influenced the wider world. Rather than simply presenting historical facts, Dadi Bia helps students explore the ideas, leadership, cultures, and decisions that shaped history.
